We are looking for a Data Assistant and Departmental Administrator to join the legal team of Digikala Group on a full-time basis. This position reports to the Manger of Legal & Compliance and responsible for providing support to the legal team for data management activities and all general administrative duties.
- Focal point for the communications from FATA on Fishing.
- Data input and processing from various sources,
- Data visualization and presentation of data in illustrative or graphical format,
- Collect and keep digital and non-digital data securely, efficiently, and cost-effectively,
- Ensure the data and records are up to date, maintain statistics and extract data and reports,
- Liaise with external stakeholders for data exchange and manage the respective enquirers,
- Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems,
- Ensure the collected data is accurate,
- Undertake upload of documents to the data system,
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks.
Job requirements
- 4+ years of proven data entry and administrative work experience.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other related software for data visualization.
- Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.
- English language proficiency.
- Experience of working within a legal team is an advantage.
