About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Paid Advertising Expert to plan, execute, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a performance-driven role that requires strong hands-on expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, and troubleshooting.
This is an English-based role. Clear, professional communication in English is essential for understanding briefs, collaborating with teams, and reporting performance.
You will be responsible for managing advertising projects, running and optimizing campaigns, improving ROAS and conversions, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Essential Requirements (Mandatory)
Advanced English (Speaking & Writing):
Fluent English is mandatory. You must be able to communicate professionally, understand complex briefs, collaborate effectively, and report campaign performance clearly in English.
Proven Results:
You must be able to demonstrate real, measurable outcomes through case studies, dashboards, screenshots, or performance reports.

Full-time Availability:
Monday–Friday, with flexibility to work weekends when required for urgent campaigns or launches.

Core Advertising Expertise
* Advanced expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
* Strong experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads.
* Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
* Ability to plan, launch, scale, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns end-to-end.
* Deep understanding of audience targeting, creatives, funnels, and conversion optimization.
* Strong skills in A/B testing, budget scaling, and performance analysis.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve issues such as tracking errors, ad disapprovals, low ROAS, learning phase problems, and account restrictions.
Project & Collaboration Responsibilities
* Manage paid advertising projects from setup to optimization and reporting.
* Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to align campaigns with goals.
* Ensure timelines, deliverables, and performance targets are met.
* Take ownership of campaign performance and continuous improvement.

Additional Skills (Highly Preferred)
* Basic knowledge of content creation and an understanding of what type of content is currently trending across social platforms.
* Ability to collaborate with creatives and contribute ideas that improve ad performance.
* Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, testing, and creative experimentation.
* WordPress knowledge (landing pages, basic troubleshooting, integrations).
* SEO understanding (on-page, technical basics, keyword strategy, content alignment).
* Understanding of website CRO, page speed, and user journey optimization.
* Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, and service-based funnels.
* Strong self-management, organisation, and strategic decision-making skills.
