Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified freelancer, team, or agency to support our Center of Excellence (CoE) in the end-to-end management of our internal business processes. The successful candidate will lead the discovery, mapping, documentation, and improvement of critical workflows to ensure alignment with our strategic vision of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze & Map: Discover, assess, and diagnose current processes. Create accurate "As-Is" process maps using BPMN v2.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews and workshops with departments (Marketing, Sales, Enabling, Development HUB) to gather insights and secure ownership.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Design "To-Be" processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies with actionable improvement roadmaps.
Documentation: Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Roles & Responsibilities (RACI) matrices.
KPI Framework: Define measurable KPIs for each process (Quality, Time, Cost) and establish a monitoring plan.
Tooling: Suggest tools/software for automation and KPI tracking (e.g., Jira Helpdesk integrations).
Project Scope (Selected Processes)You will focus on three strategic processes:
Lead Identification to Contract Finalization: Streamlining the workflow between Sales, Marketing, and Enabling from lead generation to signed contracts.
Project Discovery to Delivery: Standardizing the lifecycle from discovery, planning, and budgeting to final delivery and closure to prevent scope creep and budget overruns.
Support Request to Fulfillment: Establishing a unified system for handling customer support tickets, SLAs, and routing requests effectively.
Requirements
Methodology: Proven expertise in BPMN v2, Lean, and Six Sigma.
Experience: Demonstrated history of process mapping, SOP documentation, and KPI definition in an IT or software development environment.
Language:
Written: All deliverables, reports, and documents must be in English.
Verbal: Fluency in Persian is required for stakeholder interviews and meetings.
Communication: Ability to provide weekly written progress updates and present achievements to leadership at the end of each phase.
