●     High energy and motivational leadership driven by personal influence and example with direct staff, peers, and senior leaders across all company functions
●     Developing internal and external processes for delivery operations, understanding drivers of low performance, identifying critical operational improvements and defects, scaling those improvements and monitoring their performance over time
●     Provide input to the strategy; identifying insights to help build a platform that makes being a courier for Eats a great experience
●     Ensuring the establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts
●     Identifying customer needs proactively, making suggestions and providing and executing action plans to fulfill them
●     Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
●     Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
●     Providing data analysis needed for operations decision making
●     Translating analysis results into business recommendations.
●     Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
●     Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs.
●     Translating customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and building a product development pipeline
●     Monitoring delivery operations metrics, applying root cause analysis to improve them and make sure they will meet SLA by collaborating within the team or with other teams for taking needed actions.

Requirements

●     At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain management or project management.
●     Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis
●     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
●     Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
●     Good Knowledge on Excel (SQL knowledge is a plus)
●     Excellent Communication and presentation skills (Farsi & English)
●     Have a strong sense of ownership
●     Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to drive operational excellence.
●     Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
●     7/24 availability to handle any urgent issues or requests that may arise.
