نماینده ارشد پزشکی / سرپرست پزشکی مسئولیت نظارت بر فعالیتهای بازاریابی و تبلیغاتی محصولات دارویی شرکت کیمیا آرا را بر عهده دارد. این نقش به شما این امکان را میدهد که به عنوان یک سفیر برند، ارتباط مؤثر با پزشکان برقرار کنید و اطلاعات علمی دقیق و بهروز را به آنها منتقل کنید. هدف این نقش تقویت موقعیت محصولات شرکت در بازار و ارتقاء فروش است.
Responsibilities:
- برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و پایدار با پزشکان و متخصصان حوزه سلامت
- ارائه و تبادل اطلاعات علمی و تخصصی در مورد محصولات دارویی
- نظارت بر روندها و فعالیتهای بازار و شناسایی فرصتهای جدید
- تدوین و اجرای برنامههای بازاریابی و تبلیغاتی به منظور تقویت برند
- آموزش و هدایت تیم نمایندگان پزشکی در جهت دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده
- هماهنگی و شرکت در جلسات تیمی و ارائه گزارشهای مرتبط با فعالیتها
Qualifications:
- دارای تحصیلات در رشته شیمی
- آشنایی کامل با اصول علمی داروها و محصولات درمانی
- مهارت ارائه و ارتباط مؤثر با پزشکان
- توانایی مدیریت زمان و برنامهریزی حرفهای
- قدرت مذاکره و متقاعدسازی
- تسلط بر نرمافزارهای Office به ویژه Excel و PowerPoint
- تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی برای مطالعه منابع علمی
