Responsibilities:
- Consult and support hiring Managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions in the Business Departments.
- Develop with hiring managers a recruiting strategy for each position.
- Counseling managers on interviewing process and best practices.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks, and create contacts in the industry to find qualified passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation, orientation, and training are completed.
- Conducting candidate interviews (Phone, online,…) and reference checks, extending job offers, and serving as point-person for candidates and new hires
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Compile and deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on recruitment and selection.
- Prepare documentation for the hiring process
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist
- Experience of recruitment of developers is a must
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum a year of experience in recruitment (Tech Industry background preferred)
- BSc or Master's degree from accredited university in relevant fields (Human Resources Management/ Psychology (I/O), MBA) is an asset
- English fluency is a definite asset
