شرح وظایف:
ثبت و کنترل اسناد حسابداری و مالی در نرم‌افزار سپیدار
انجام مغایرت‌گیری بانک‌ها و حساب‌های مشتریان
تهیه و تنظیم لیست حقوق و دستمزد و بیمه
بایگانی، طبقه‌بندی و به‌روزرسانی اسناد مالی
همکاری در امور انبارگردانی و حسابداری انبار
تهیه گزارش‌های فصلی، تحریر دفاتر قانونی و گزارش‌های مالی
پیگیری مستمر امور مالی و مالیاتی تا حصول نتیجه نهایی
پیگیری امور مربوط به اداره مالیات زیرنظر مدیر مالی

شرایط احراز:
تسلط کامل به امور حسابداری و مالیاتی
تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزار سپیدار
آشنایی کامل با قوانین مالیاتی، گزارش‌های فصلی و دفاتر قانونی
حداقل 6 سال سابقه کار مرتبط (همراه با سابقه بیمه)
سابقه فعالیت در شرکت‌های تولیدی و پیمانکاری
دقت بالا، مسئولیت‌پذیری، خوش‌اخلاق، منظم، منعطف و دارای روحیه همکاری
رده سنی: 25 تا 37 سال

Duties:
Registering and controlling accounting and financial documents in Sepidar software
Reconciliation of banks and customer accounts
Preparation and adjustment of payroll and insurance
Filing, classification and updating of financial documents
Cooperation In warehouse management and warehouse accounting
Preparation of quarterly reports, writing of legal books and financial reports
Continuous follow-up of financial and tax affairs until the final result
Follow-up of tax administration matters under the supervision of the financial manager
Requirements:
Complete mastery of accounting and tax affairs
Complete mastery of Sepidar software
Complete familiarity with tax laws, quarterly reports and legal books
At least 6 years of related work experience (included) with insurance background)
work experience in manufacturing and contracting companies
high accuracy, responsibility, good manners, orderly, flexible and cooperative spirit
