Banimod is looking for an experienced, data-driven Senior SEO Specialist to own and scale the end-to-end SEO strategy of its e-commerce. This role focuses on organic revenue growth, category and brand performance, and technical SEO excellence within a large-scale, high-SKU environment.
You will work closely with Product, Development, Content, Data, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure SEO is deeply integrated into business and growth decisions.
Key Responsibilities
§ Define and execute the SEO strategy aligned with traffic, revenue, and conversion goals
§ Lead keyword research and market analysis across categories, brands, and high-intent search journeys
§ Optimize category, brand, and product listing pages with a balance of ranking performance and UX/CRO
§ Own and execute the technical SEO roadmap, including crawlability, indexing, faceted navigation, pagination, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture
§ Collaborate closely with development teams to translate SEO requirements into accurate technical implementation
§ Design and manage large-scale internal linking strategies aligned with commercial priorities
§ Develop and manage content-led, PR-based external link acquisition strategies (white-hat only)
§ Plan and execute SEO initiatives for major campaigns and seasonal events (e.g. Black Friday, Yalda, end-of-season sales)
§ Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and professional SEO tools
§ Build dashboards and reports focused on business impact rather than vanity metrics
§ Track Google algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies to protect and grow organic visibility
Requirements
§ 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace platforms
§ Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-page SEO, and large-scale internal linking
§ Proven experience improving organic performance for category-driven, high-SKU websites
§ Solid understanding of UX, CRO, and SEO collaboration
§ Advanced experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog
§ Ability to prioritize SEO initiatives based on business impact, technical complexity, and development resources
§ Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
§ Strong analytical mindset, ownership, and communication skills
