Senior Product Manager | Q-Commerce

Digikala Quick Commerce operates one of the most advanced instant-delivery ecosystems in the region. We power fast, reliable delivery of FMCG and daily-need products through a network of local stores, micro-fulfillment operations, couriers, and dynamic inventory and logistics systems.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team and drive end-to-end ownership of product outcomes across discovery, delivery, and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

·      Define the product vision and build a clear, data-driven roadmap aligned with Quick Commerce business objectives.

·      Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and experimentation to identify high-impact opportunities.

·      Translate customer and business needs into structured problem statements and actionable product requirements.

·      Prioritize initiatives using impact-focused frameworks and maintain clarity on what matters most.

·      Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

·      Monitor product performance through analytics, dashboards, and KPIs, and drive continuous iteration after launch.

·      Communicate product decisions, rationale, and performance results clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
