Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, coordinate recruitment and employee activities, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications and HR announcements.
Coordinate HR meetings with other departments and schedule sessions for the Senior HR Manager.
Maintain and organize recruitment reports, records, and documentation.
Enter and update employee information, training programs, and HR data in the HR software system.
Collaborate with various departments to organize welfare programs, seminars, and corporate events.
Support HR communications and initiatives related to recruitment and employer branding.
Assist in preparing and finalizing HR-related reports and documentation.
Contribute to internal communications involving HR, Quality Assurance, and HSE departments.
Support the payroll team in calculating monthly insurance and tax deductions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop (basic graphic design and visual editing).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
