About the Role
As a Senior Graphic & UI/UX Designer at NUVIOR, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and digital experiences. You will create visually stunning designs that resonate with our clients and customers, while also crafting intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across digital platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing, sales, and product teams to design impactful materials and engaging digital experiences that reflect the innovation and quality our company stands for.

  
Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, digital assets, product packaging, and branding materials.
Design engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
Lead UI/UX design initiatives, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, ensuring intuitive and accessible digital experiences.
Oversee the design and production of printed materials such as brochures, catalogs, and trade show displays.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and user experience consistency across all projects and touchpoints.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize user journeys.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Stay up-to-date with design, UI/UX, and digital experience trends, tools, and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback to elevate team performance.
 
Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic and/or UI/UX design, preferably in the medical, beauty, or health industries.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including both visual design and UI/UX work.
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding principles, and user-centered design.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting usability testing.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Fluent in English.
