• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های فناوری اطلاعات، مدیریت کسب‌وکار یا مهندسی نرم‌افزار.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقۀ کاری مرتبط. 
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباط.
• خلاق و ایده‌پرداز.
• آشنا با اصول تحلیل کسب‌وکار.
• آشنایی با کسب‌وکار بانکی.
• آشنایی کامل با متدولوژی اجایل و چارچوب اسکرام.
• درک صحیحی از چرخه تولید نرم‌افزار.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی امور.

• تعیین الزامات و اهداف پروژه با ذی‌نفعان کلیدی.
• استخراج مناسب و بهینه نیازمندی‌های ذی‌نفعان.
•  برنامه‌ریزی، تدوین و اجرای نقشه راه محصول.
•  برگزاری و مدیریت جلسات شناخت و تعامل مناسب با ذی‌نفعان.
• برنامه‌ریزی بک‌لاگ‌ محصول، اسپرینت‌ها و تعیین تسک‌های هر اسپرینت.
•  پیگیری جلسات مرتبط با اسپرینت (اعم از برنامه‌ریزی اسپرینت، بازبینی اسپرینت و بازنگری اسپرینت).
•  تهیه User Storyهای مرتبط و انتقال نیازمندی‌های کارفرما به تیم توسعه.
• رفع نیازمندی‌های اطلاعاتی و تحلیلی تیم توسعه از سمت ذی‌نفعان.
•  تخمین زمانی برای فازهای پروژه.
• پیگیری به‌موقع و مؤثر روند انجام پروژه.

• Field of study: information technology/business/software engineering.
• Education: Bachelor's degree and above.
• Work experience: at least 5 years.
• Personal skills (Soft Skills): teamwork spirit and communication/creative and idea generation skills.

•  Planning, compiling and implementing the product roadmap

•  Holding and managing meetings to get to know and interact with stakeholders

•  Planning the product backlog, sprints and determining the tasks of each sprint

•  Follow-up of sprint-related meetings (including sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint review)

• Preparation of relevant user stories and transfer of client's requirements to the development team
