HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and implement a structured hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and attract top talent
- Build and manage a talent pipeline to support the company’s rapid growth
Employee Relations & Culture
- Create and nurture a strong company culture that aligns with our values and vision
- Develop employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
HR Operations & Compliance
- Establish and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Performance Management & Development
- Design and implement performance review processes
- Identify training and development opportunities for employees
- Work with leadership to create career growth plans for employees
Compensation & Benefits
- Collaborate with finance to oversee payroll, benefits, and employee perks
- Research and recommend competitive compensation packages
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Ability to build HR processes from scratch and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
