به‌عنوان Finance Director مسئولیت کامل امور مالی، کنترلری، خزانه‌داری، گزارش‌گیری سرمایه‌گذاران و آماده‌سازی شرکت برای راندهای بعدی و احتمالاً IPO را بر عهده دارید. این نقش فقط حسابداری نیست؛ شما باید عمیقاً محصول SCF و مدل کسب‌وکار پلتفرمی را درک کنید و LTV/CAC پلتفرم را مدل‌سازی و بهینه کنید.
مسئولیت‌های کلیدی شما در باروک:
رهبری کامل تیم مالی حسابداری، کنترلینگ، خزانه‌داری و گزارش‌دهی قانونی
ساخت و نگهداری مدل مالی پلتفرم SCF با در نظر گرفتن متغیرهای کلیدی (حجم فاکتور، ییلد، نرخ دیفالت، هزینه تامین سرمایه، take-rate)
مدیریت رابطه با بانک‌ها، موسسات تامین سرمایه (funds) و شرکای فاینانسینگ برای تامین خطوط اعتباری
آماده‌سازی داشبوردهای مالی و KPI های سرمایه‌گذاری برای بورد و سرمایه‌گذاران
طراحی و اجرای کنترل‌های داخلی
هماهنگی با تیم محصول برای مدل‌سازی تاثیر فیچرهای جدید
رهبری فرآیندهای بودجه‌بندی، پیش‌بینی و سناریوهای مالی در محیط پرنوسان استارتاپی
رعایت کامل الزامات بانک مرکزی، IFRS و استانداردهای گزارش‌دهی
اگر این ویژگی‌ها رو داشته باشی از موفقیت در این شغل لذت خواهی برد:
حداقل 3 سال سابقه مالی ارشد، ترجیحا در شرکت خدمات آنلاین پلتفرمی یا فین‌تک
درک عمیق از محصول و مدل‌های کسب‌وکار پلتفرمی
تجربه موفق تامین خط اعتباری حجیم
تسلط به مدل‌سازی مالی پیچیده در Excel + Python/SQL مزیت است
آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای IFRS، مقررات بانک مرکزی ایران و الزامات مبارزه با پولشویی در فین‌تک
تجربه مدیریت تیم مالی (حداقل 5 نفر)
ذهنیت data-driven و توانایی ترجمه اعداد به تصمیمات استراتژیک محصول و رشد
مدرک کارشناسی ارشد یا بالاتر در رشته‌های مالی، حسابداری، MBA یا CFA مزیت جدی است

What effect does your job have on the success of our organization?
As Finance Director you are fully responsible for finance, controller, treasury, reporting to investors and preparing the company for the next rounds and possibly the IPO. This role is not just accounting; You should deeply understand the SCF product and platform business model and model and optimize platform LTV/CAC.
Your key responsibilities at Barok:
Full leadership of the accounting, controlling, treasury and legal reporting financial team
Building and maintaining the financial model of the SCF platform, taking into account key variables (invoice volume, yield, default rate, cost of financing, take-rate)
Managing the relationship with banks, funds and financing partners to provide credit lines
Preparing financial dashboards and investment KPIs for the board and investors
Design and implementation of internal controls
Coordination with the product team to model the impact of new features
Leading the processes of budgeting, forecasting and financial scenarios in a volatile startup environment
Full compliance with the requirements of the Central Bank, IFRS and reporting standards
If you have these qualities, you will enjoy success in this job:
At least 3 years of senior financial experience, preferably in an online platform or fintech company
Deep understanding of product and platform business models
Successful experience in providing a large credit line
Proficiency in complex financial modeling in Excel and Python/SQL is a plus
Full familiarity with IFRS standards, regulations of the Central Bank of Iran and anti-money laundering requirements in fintech
Financial team management experience (at least 5 people)
Data-driven mindset and ability to translate numbers into strategic product and growth decisions
Master's degree or higher in finance, accounting, MBA or CFA is a strong advantage
