مسئولیت‌ها:
- نصب، راه‌اندازی، پشتیبانی و نگهداری از محصولات و خدمات به فروش رسیده.
- مستندسازی و گزارش‌دهی وضعیت محصول و سرویس.
- توسعه و پیاده‌سازی راهکارهای فناوری اطلاعات ارائه شده به مشتریان.
- آموزش و یادگیری مداوم در زمینه‌های مربوط به مهندسی شبکه و فناوری اطلاعات.
- همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای کسب و اجرای پروژه‌ها و بهبود فرآیندها.
دانش فنی:
- مسلط به مفاهیم دوره +Storage.
- مسلط به عناوین دوره EMC ISA.
- مسلط به عناوین دوره VMware ICM.
مهارت‌هایی که در طول همکاری فرا خواهید گرفت:
- کار با محصولات ذخیره‌سازی مانند NAS و SAN.
- کار با نرم‌افزارهای مجازی‌سازی.
شایستگی‌ها:
- داشتن انگیزه و علاقه به یادگیری و توسعه فردی.
- توانایی کار تیمی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
- توانایی کار با تجهیزات فناوری اطلاعات مانند سرورها، ذخیره سازها، روترها و سوئیچ‌ها.
- امکان حضور در سایت مشتری و توانایی فیزیکی جانمایی تجهیزات حوزه کار در رک.
- داشتن کارت پایان خدمت یا معافیت دایم برای آقایان.
- سابقه کاری بیشتر از یک سال در حوزه IT امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.

- Proficient in EMC ISA course topics
- Proficient in VMware ICM course topics
Skills you will learn during cooperation:
- Work with storage products such as NAS and SAN
- Working with virtualization software
Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, support and maintenance of sold products/services
- Documentation and Product/service status reporting
- Development and implementation of information technology solutions provided to customers
- Continuous training and learning in the fields related to network engineering and information technology
- Cooperation with different teams to obtain and implementing projects and improving processes
Competencies:
- Having motivation and interest in learning and personal development
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Ability to work with information technology equipment such as servers , storage devices, routers and switches
- The possibility of being present at the customer's site and the physical ability to place the equipment in the work area in the rack
- Having an end of service/permanent exemption card for men
- More than one year of work experience in The field of IT is considered a privilege.
