Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, own and manage infrastructure based on Kubernetes (K8s) while ensuring automation, high availability, scalability, and security.Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure Ownership: Take full responsibility for managing and optimizing on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability.Server & Cluster Management: Oversee the provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of Linux-based servers, Kubernetes clusters, and cloud resources.Automation & Scripting: Automate infrastructure tasks using Ansible, Python, Bash, or Go.Kubernetes Management: Deploy, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters (Mostly Helm Charts).CI/CD & GitOps: Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.Observability & Monitoring: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus|VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK and Vector).Response & Reliability: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, outages, and performance bottlenecks.Collaboration & Culture: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to enhance DevOps culture and best practices.Requirements:Experience: 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SYS-Admin, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.Kubernetes Expertise: Hands-on experience managing K8s clusters, Helm charts, and operators.Automation First Mindset: Deep knowledge of IaC, GitOps, and automated deployment strategies.Networking & Security: Understanding of service mesh, RBAC, and network policies.Observability: Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools.Coding & Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation tasks.Preferred Skills:Experience with on-premises server management and bare-metal Kubernetes.Familiarity with distributed databases and storage solutions.Familiarity with object storages, like Ceph and Minio.Knowledge of container security and runtime security.Benefits:Competitive salary & performance bonuses.Learning & certification reimbursement.Health & wellness benefits.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge DevOps and cloud technologies.
