About Snapp
Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran. It connects smartphone owners who need a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars, offering transportation services. Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, document, and troubleshoot the network and infrastructure monitoring tools
- Monitor network services, servers, and devices (including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices and etc.)
- Available to follow up the critical incidents out of working hours
- Present, and update reports
- Analyze the logs in periodic time
- Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made
Requirements
- Familiar with networking concepts
- Expert in monitoring software including Zabbix, PRTG, NetFlow Analyzer, etc
- Experience in Linux administration, configuration, and networking
- Familiar with Bash script would be an advantage
- Great at organizing, prioritizing, multitasking, team-working, and R&D
- Intermediate English knowledge
