We’re seeking a highly perceptive and experienced Organizational Psychologist to join our team and play a key role in shaping a healthy, high-performance culture. You will work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and executives to ensure we bring in people who not only have the right skills but also the right mindset, emotional intelligence, and cultural alignment.
Your mission will be to assess candidates, prevent toxic hires, guide personal development, and help teams work better together in service of our products, projects, and company mission.
Key Responsibilities ?
- Design and conduct psychological evaluations as part of the hiring process.
- Evaluate cultural fit, personality traits, emotional stability, and teamwork potential of candidates.
- Develop and apply custom assessment models (e.g., based on DISC, NEO, or Big Five) aligned with company culture and role expectations.
- Support managers in making well-rounded hiring decisions through psychological insights.
- Monitor team dynamics and individual behavior post-hiring to prevent or resolve toxic behaviors or mismatches.
- Provide input on team structures, role design, and talent development.
- Facilitate training or coaching sessions to enhance interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Contribute to building a resilient, psychologically safe, and purpose-driven work culture.
Academic & Professional Background:
- Master’s or PhD in Psychology (preferably Organizational, Clinical, or Industrial Psychology).
- 3+ years of experience in employee assessment, organizational behavior, or cultural diagnostics.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of personality and psychometric evaluation tools (MBTI, NEO, DISC, etc.).
- Experience in interview evaluation, hiring processes, and onboarding collaboration.
- Ability to recognize signs of potential cultural risk or workplace toxicity.
- Skilled in delivering feedback and psychological insights to non-specialist teams.
- Comfortable working with both leadership and employees in high-growth, evolving environments.
