We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team.
Our engineering culture is focused on the right tool for the job. We build complex, scalable applications using Next.js and React, but we also value high-performance, lightweight landing pages built in pure JavaScript.
This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys technical variety. You won't just be shipping features; you will be instrumental in modernizing our architecture, refactoring legacy systems to meet current standards, and building internal tools that help the team move faster. We are looking for a builder who takes pride in clean, modular code.

Key Responsibilities

Versatile Web Development: Build across our stack, ranging from robust Next.js applications to highly optimized, pixel-perfect Vanilla JavaScript pages.
System Modernization: Actively contribute to refactoring legacy codebases, replacing outdated patterns with modern best practices to improve stability and developer experience.
Modular Architecture: Design reusable components and libraries to reduce technical debt and streamline future development.
Performance Engineering: Utilize Server Side Rendering (SSR) and optimize client-side assets to ensure top-tier Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores.
Deployment Workflows: Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control processes to ensure smooth releases and troubleshoot build errors.

Technical Requirements

Core Languages & Frameworks:

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
Solid experience with React and Next.js (App Router & Pages Router).
Comfortable working without frameworks (Vanilla JS) for lightweight performance contexts.
Solid grasp of HTML5 and CSS3.

State Management & Architecture:

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or MobX).
Understanding of SSR and component architecture.

Styling & UI:

Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and Material UI.

Tools & Performance:

Experience with modern bundlers (Webpack, Vite).
Knowledge of PWA (Progressive Web Apps).
Proficiency with Git for version control.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

React Native: Experience with mobile application development is a strong plus.
Engineering Passion: A genuine interest in software engineering principles, creating abstractions, and building modular systems that help the team move faster.
