The HR Generalist at Bugloos is responsible for enhancing employee well-being and promoting a positive workplace culture. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing a wide range of welfare programs and initiatives—from health and wellness to social events, aimed at improving employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall quality of life at work. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to assess employee needs, design impactful programs, and provide support for work-life balance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welfare and Case Management:
- Conduct employee intake interviews and assessments.
- Develop and monitor personalized support plans.
- Maintain confidential case files per legal and organizational standards.
- Advocate for employees and coordinate with external service providers.
- Handle crisis situations calmly and escalate when necessary.
- Event and Engagement Management:
- Create and manage a well-being and events calendar based on the Iranian historical calendar.
- Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and occasional events aligned with the Mitrayi Calendar.
- Organize internal events (birthdays, work anniversaries) and manage the "Bugloos Club" local game event.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Encourage colleague participation in wellness programs.
- Onboard new employees, including preparing welcome packs.
- Collaborate with Marketing on newsletters and event promotions.
- Administer satisfaction surveys, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Report employee delays to HR and announce relevant information.
- Health and Wellness Initiatives:
- Develop wellness programs such as fitness challenges to improve employee well-being.
- Follow up on employee health services and supplementary insurance.
- Budget and Collaboration:
- Create annual and weekly budgets for wellness and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the Office team for event logistics and workplace improvements.
