• آشنایی با قوانین بازرگانی خارجی و روند سفارش‌گذاری و خرید خارجی.
• آشنایی با روند واردات کالا شامل ثبت سفارش، اخذ مجوزهای مربوطه، امور ارزی و بانکی، حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و کلیه مراحل ترخیص کالا.
• آشنایی با سامانه‌های مربوطه شامل سامانه جامع تجارت، سامانه جامع امور گمرکی، سامانه بهین یاب، سامانه امور پس از ترخیص و غیره.
• روابط عمومی بالا.
• قدرت یادگیری و پیگیری بالا.
• روحیه کار تیمی و مشارکت داخل سازمان.
• با دقت و قابل اعتماد.
• دارای نظم کاری (نظم در حضور، منعطف درشیفت کاری، نظم فکری، قدرت برنامه‌ریزی).
• مسئولیت‌پذیری و متعهد.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• توانایی ارائه گزارشات دقیق و به‌روز به مافوق.
• مسلط به آخرین بخشنامه‌ها و مقررات مرتبط با واردات.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• حداقل سه سال سابقۀ کاری مرتبط. 
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و روابط عمومی خوب.
• توانایی حل مسئله و پیدا کردن راه‌حل.
• منظم و دقیق.
• مسلط به ارائه گزارش، مراجعه به ادارات دولتی و توانایی پیگری از ادارات دولتی.

• ثبت سفارش و انجام امور اداری و دریافت مجوزها از ادارات سمت و مرتبط.
• انجام امور مربوط به تخصیص ارز و بانک و امور مربوط به رفع تعهد ارزی.
• هماهنگی و انجام امور مربوط به خرید کالا با فروشنده خارجی.
• انجام امور مربوط به حمل و بیمه کالا.
• هماهنگی و کنترل عملکرد ترخیص کار.
• ارائه گزارشات پروسه کار به مدیر مربوطه.
• گرفتن استعلام قیمت و انجام خریدهای داخلی.
• مراجعه به ادارات دولتی مربوطه.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 9 صبح تا 6 عصر.

Familiarity with foreign trade laws and the process of placing orders and foreign purchases
Familiarity with the process of importing goods including order registration, obtaining relevant permits, foreign exchange and banking affairs, international transportation and all stages of goods clearance
Familiarity with the systems of Relevant includes comprehensive trade system, comprehensive customs affairs system, optimization system, post-discharge affairs system, etc.

Field of study: Business.
Educational degree: Bachelor.
Work experience: at least 3 years.
Personal skills ( Soft Skills): Having good communication and public relations skills, the ability to solve problems and find solutions, organized and accurate, proficient in presenting reports, referring to government departments and the ability to follow up on government departments

Registering orders and carrying out administrative affairs and obtaining permits from related departments
Performing matters related to currency and bank allocation and matters related to clearing foreign exchange obligations
Coordinating and conducting matters related to the purchase of goods with foreign sellers
Matters related to the transportation and insurance of goods
Coordination and control of work clearance
Submitting work process reports to the relevant manager
Receiving price inquiries and making internal purchases
Referring to relevant government departments
At least 3 years of experience Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM
