سرپرست نرم افزار | Software Supervisor

مسئولیت ها:
- نظارت و راهنمایی تیم نرم افزاری برای پشتیبانی از عملیات روزانه.
- مدیریت نرم افزار و پروژه های توسعه وب برای رعایت استانداردهای شرکت.
- اطمینان از الزامات نرم افزاری با نیازهای عملیاتی.
- ارائه و حل مسئله برای سیستم ها. مقررات. علوم ، فناوری اطلاعات یا زمینه مربوط به آن ترجیح داده شده است.

• Supervise and guide the software team to support daily operations.
• Manage software and web development projects to meet company standards.
• Ensure software requirements align with operational needs.
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for systems.
• Develop and implement team policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to assess and fulfill software requirements and reports.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in team supervision or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Rahkaran BPMS (Rahkaran Farayar -ERA).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL server, DBA skills, and tuning queries.
