• رهبری و مدیریت شرکت و اجرای مفهوم شرکت برای رسیدن به هدف در سطح ملی و حمایت از موقعیت شرکت به عنوان یک رهبر
• افزایش نرخ تبدیل و تضمین سودآوری معقول
• اطمینان از همسویی بودجه با اهداف بلند مدت
• پیگیری فعالانه و نظارت بر اهداف و اهداف تعیین شده

• همکاری با بخش نیروی انسانی هلدینگ برای توسعه آموزش و منابع انسانی مرتبط استراتژی های
• کمک به توسعه شرکت در سطح محلی و بین المللی
• نظارت و تجزیه و تحلیل رقابت محلی به منظور تضمین فاصله قیمت رقابتی با رقبا و پایین ترین قیمت در هر دسته غذایی
• نظارت بر سطح ملی محیط بازار مواد غذایی در رابطه با رقبا، انتظارات مشتری، روندها، و غیره
• توسعه و حمایت از اجرای سیاست های ارتباطی، استراتژی های فروش و بازاریابی
• رشد طولانی مدت و سودآوری در درخواست های سرمایه گذاری ایمن
• مسئولیت پروژه ها و وظایف به محض وقوع
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience managing an area/ region/country.
- Knowledge of principles and methods of product/brand management, distribution systems, product development and project management.
- Strong communicative skills and high energy in motivating, inspiring, and developing people (direct reports and matrix reports).
- Ability to establish effective working relationships across the country and internationally.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent in English, Persian (Farsi), and Armenian, written and spoken.
- Ideal age range: 35 to 48 years old.
We are looking for an experienced country manager to be based in Yerevan, Armenia;
- Lead and manage the company and implement the company's concept to reach the goal at the national level and support the company's position as a leader.
- Increase conversion rate and secure reasonable profitability.
- Secure that the budget is aligned with long-term goals.
- Pro-actively follow up and monitor set goals and targets.
- Update forecast as needed.
- Increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with the company rules and guidelines.
- Ensure that the company meets all legal requirements and company policies for food safety and labeling in conjunction with the food safety specialist.
- Overall responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative and the company's requirements in the areas of quality and environment.
- Optimize sales and gross margin results in the country by working with the company's concept, the company's range, global strategies and national and local opportunities.
- Effectively manage and inspire your team, with particular reference to their selection, training, and development.
- Establish, and communicate, clear career and development opportunities within the company.
- Cooperate with the HR department of the holding company to develop training and relevant HR strategies.
- Contribute to the development of the company locally and internationally.
- Supervise and analyze the local competition to secure a competitive price distance from competitors and the lowest price in every food category.
- Monitor the national food market environment regarding competitors, customer expectations, trends, etc.
- Develop and support the implementation of communication policies, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Secure long-term growth and profitability in investment requests.
- Assume responsibility for projects and tasks as they occur.
