Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products for both B2B and B2C audiences. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that align with the company’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of product delivery, both internally and with key external partners from shaping product vision to overseeing production releases.
- Define and document product objectives, positioning strategies, budget requirements, and team structure including roles and responsibilities.
- Create and manage a product backlog including epics and user stories.
- Track and communicate product health through relevant metrics and KPIs
- Conduct and facilitate usability testing sessions to ensure product-market fit.
- Translate product strategy into detailed functional requirements and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver products quickly and efficiently, balancing quality with speed.
- Engage with stakeholders and other product managers to clearly define and communicate business problems in solvable terms.
- Work with internal marketing and business teams to define go-to-market plans, communication strategies, training materials, and sales enablement assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather insights and ensure continued satisfaction.
- Visit clients to better understand their needs and provide tailored support and product training.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, including benchmarking and R&D to evaluate feasibility and propose improvements.
- Be accountable for delivering product outcomes, including performance targets related to product quality, timeline, cost, and ROI.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in product management or as an Associate Product Manager/Owner.
- A successful track record of managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong ability to develop product and marketing strategies and present them effectively to senior leadership.
- Solid technical understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a hands-on attitude is a must.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
