مدیر تراستی | Trustee Manager

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر اجرای مفاد قراردادهای تجاری و اطمینان از انجام تعهدات طرفین.
• مدیریت حساب‌های امانی (تراستی) و کنترل دقیق وجوه و اسناد مرتبط.
• هماهنگی با تیم حقوقی و مالی جهت پیاده‌سازی فرآیندهای امانی.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های شفاف و دقیق به مدیریت و طرفین ذی‌نفع.
• تسهیل ارتباطات بین‌المللی در معاملات صادراتی و وارداتی.
• بررسی ریسک‌های حقوقی و قراردادی و ارائه راهکارهای پیشگیرانه.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به امور صرافی و حوالجات ارزی در کشور امارات متحده عربی.
• مسلط به امور تراستی‌های بانکی، فرآیند انعقاد قرارداد، اخذ عاملیت‌های بانک‌ها و مدیریت تراستی.

- Fluent of banking Trusted, contracting process, obtaining bank agencies, and Trustee management
- Monitoring the implementation of commercial contracts and ensuring the fulfillment of the obligations of the parties
Providing transparent and accurate reports to the management and parties of the beneficiary
- Facilitate international communications in export and import
- examine legal and contractual risks and provide preventive solutions
