ما در فردان آریان به دنبال یک همکار در جایگاه شغلی کارشناس برنامه ریزی و تحلیلگر فروش هستیم.
شرح فعالیت ها:
• تهیه برنامه ها و بودجه سالانه فروش با تعامل سایر دپارتمان های سازمان
• تهیه داشبوردها و گزارش های عملکرد برای سطوح مختلف
• هدف گذاری و کنترل تحقق اهداف در بازه های برنامه ریزی شده
• تهیه برنامه ها و اهداف مشتریان با اعضای تیم فروش
• پیگیری و کنترل روند اجرای پروژه های تعریف شده
• مشارکت در بهبود فرآیند ها و روشها
شایستگی ها:
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ترجیحا در رشته مهندسی صنایع
• تسلط به اصول گزارش دهی و طراحی گزارشات متنوع
• تسلط به اکسل، تسلط به Power BI مزیت محسوب می شود
• توانایی ارایه گزارشات در جلسات درون تیمی و مدیریتی
• توانایی تحلیل گزارشات و ارایه پیشنهادات جهت بهبود عملکرد تیم و فرآیندهای اجرایی
• حداقل 2 سال تجربه در حوزه برنامه ریزی و آشنایی با فضای کسب کار B2B
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی

In Fardan Arian, we are looking for a colleague in the job position of planning expert and sales analyst.
Description of activities:
• Preparation of annual sales plans and budgets with the interaction of other departments of the organization
• Preparation of dashboards and performance reports for different levels
• Targeting and controlling the realization of goals in the planned intervals
• Preparation of customer plans and goals with sales team members
• Follow up and control the implementation process of defined projects
• Participation in the improvement of processes and methods
Qualifications:
• At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of industrial engineering
• Mastering the principles of reporting and designing various reports
• Mastery of Excel, mastery of Power BI is an advantage
• Ability to present reports in team and management meetings
• Ability to analyze reports and provide suggestions to improve team performance and executive processes
• At least 2 years of experience in planning and familiarity with B2B business environment
• Proficiency in English
