We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our data team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be passionate about transforming data into actionable insights.
This role will involve defining analytic events, collaborating with the technical team, and maintaining data flow to support current and new projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define, document, and prioritize analytic events based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to implement and test these events.
- Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collected.
- Provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and strategy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze trends and patterns in complex data sets.
- Maintain data flow processes and ensure data is stored and managed securely.
- Assist in designing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings to management and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with web and mobile analytics is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their data structures is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of statistical methods and their application in business contexts.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analytic tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in a tech or software development company.
