International Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description and Duties:

•  Develop marketing strategies, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, and Display Ads.
•  Creating and managing marketing plans professionally
•  Managing and developing channels for attracting users measuring user behaviour and increasing the engagement rate
• Identifying market trends and optimizing the performance according to market trends
• Marketing and sales funnel analysis and providing practical suggestions for its optimization
• Determining the goals of the team and planning for them 
• Monitoring ROI (Return on Investment) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
• Tracking and optimizing the budget and estimating the expenses on a weekly/monthly basis
•  Providing practical reports on a weekly/monthly, and quarterly basis

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficient in project budgeting and KPI detection and analysis
• Possessing the Ability to design a media plan suitable for each campaign
• Proficient in creating Google Ads campaigns
• High levels of knowledge in Market Research
• Proficient in formulating content production, content marketing strategies, and creating a content calendar
•  Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads

Required Personal Skills and Traits:

• Possessing the Ability to form and manage a team
• Having at least 3 years of work experience in this field
•  High levels of proficiency in English (advanced 90%)
•  Always brainstorming and interacting with team members
• Possessing high analytical and creative vision
• Flexible and capable of communicating and coordinating teamwork
•  Commitment to punctuality and accountability 
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Capable of preparing and presenting reports related to the duties and tasks
