We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Intern / Junior Business Analyst to support our product and business teams with data-driven insights. In this role, you’ll help turn raw data into clear stories about user behavior, funnels and business performance, working closely with senior analysts, product managers and other stakeholders.

Support senior analysts in collecting, cleaning and analyzing data from various sources (databases, analytics tools, spreadsheets, etc.)
Build and maintain simple dashboards and reports (daily/weekly) for product and business teams
Help analyze conversion funnels, cohorts and user behavior to identify problems and opportunities
Participate in defining KPIs, tracking performance and monitoring experiments/AB tests
Prepare clear summaries and visualizations of findings for non-technical stakeholders
Document your work: queries, definitions, assumptions and report structures
Collaborate with product, marketing and operations to translate business questions into data questions
How a data-driven product company makes decisions
Practical skills in SQL, product analytics, experimentation and KPI design
How to talk to stakeholders, understand their needs and convert them into analytics tasks
Best practices for dashboarding, reporting and storytelling with data
Minimum Requirements:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills (this is the most important requirement)
Basic SQL skills (e.g. SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, simple JOINs)
Basic familiarity with data analysis using tools like Excel / Google Sheets and SQL
Comfort working with numbers, charts and simple metrics (conversion, growth, etc.)
High attention to detail and a structured way of thinking
Willingness to learn, ask questions and iterate based on feedback
Availability to work at least X days per week (fill based on your policy)
Experience with any analytics or BI tool (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Metabase, Power BI, etc.)
Basic programming knowledge in a language like Python (for data analysis)
Previous internship, project or university experience related to data, product or business analysis
Experience working with large spreadsheets or datasets
Interest in online marketplaces, travel, or e-commerce
You are curious and ask “why” more than once
You like to solve problems using data, not just opinions
You can communicate simply and clearly, even when the data is complicated
You are reliable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
You enjoy both deep focus time (for analysis) and collaboration (with product/tech/business teams)
