We are seeking a motivated and proactive Account Manager to join our team in a growing crowdfunding company in Tehran. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing fundraising campaigns, and ensuring our clients receive the support needed to meet their financial goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping entrepreneurs, creatives, and social causes succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients (entrepreneurs, startups, and project creators) on the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing them with guidance, regular updates, and timely support.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive and collaborative client experience.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Assist clients in developing their crowdfunding strategies, setting realistic goals, and planning their campaign timelines.
• Guide clients on best practices for campaign storytelling, rewards structuring, and media utilization.
• Monitor and track the progress of campaigns, providing insights and advice to optimize results.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track key performance indicators for campaigns, including engagement, reach, and funding.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide clients with actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
• Prepare reports for both clients and internal teams to keep all stakeholders informed on progress and trends.
4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
• Work closely with marketing, design, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to campaign success.
• Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure campaigns adhere to regulatory standards.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by providing them with training and resources to navigate the crowdfunding platform effectively.
5. Market Research & Client Acquisition
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the crowdfunding space in Iran.
• Identify potential clients and projects that align with the company’s mission and values.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding the company’s portfolio.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client relations.
• Experience in crowdfunding, fintech, or a related field is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Iran’s startup ecosystem, social causes, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
