1. Process Analysis :

- Identify, analyze, and document existing business processes.
- Conduct gap analysis to find inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Create process flow diagrams (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts) and document workflows.
- Define key process metrics (KPIs) for performance evaluation.

2. Process Improvement & Optimization :

- Recommend process changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions like automation, reengineering, or standardization.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and suggest process redesigns.
- Benchmark processes against industry best practices.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work with business units, Functional teams , IT and leadership to gather requirements and understand process needs.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to document business needs.
- Bridge communication between business users and technical teams.

4. Automation Support :

- Identify opportunities for process automation using tools like BPM software, RPA, and AI.
- Collaborate with Automation and IT teams to implement digital solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing business processes.

5. Compliance & Governance :

- Ensure processes comply with industry regulations, internal policies, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Maintain and update process documentation in line with governance frameworks.

6. Change Management & Training :

- Support change management efforts by communicating process changes effectively.
- Train employees on new processes and systems.
- Provide continuous support during process transitions.

7. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

- Track and measure process performance against defined KPIs.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure effectiveness.
- Continuously seek feedback to refine and enhance processes.
