Nobitex is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating high-quality and engaging visuals. This role is perfect for someone who not only loves design but also takes initiative, brings fresh ideas to the table, and has a strong sense of ownership over creative projects.
You will work closely with the Marketing and Graphic team to develop campaign assets and branded content for all Nobitex touchpoints. Your designs will play a key role in driving campaign performance, reinforcing brand consistency, and enhancing user engagement across digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with graphic, campaign, and content teams to develop impactful visuals, from concept to execution.
- Lead and independently manage small creative projects from ideation to delivery.
- Break down tasks and leverage graphic team strengths to achieve better results.
- Present ideas, concepts, and draft designs to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Ensure visual consistency across all materials in terms of color, tone, and brand voice.
- Contribute creative thinking and problem-solving to improve campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools, especially in digital and tech-driven spaces.
- Maintain clear communication and deliver work within tight timelines.
- Proactively learn about the crypto industry to reflect relevant, insightful design work
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong visual aesthetic and attention to detail in layout, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to lead smaller-scale design projects independently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage feedback and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with the confidence to take initiative and make decisions.
- Comfortable with a high-output environment and shifting priorities.
- 3D illustration skills are a plus
- Familiarity with Figma is a plus
