What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in fintech or related industries.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft short, engaging, and persuasive captions.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, X, and LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and execute high-performing content ideas.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
- A results-driven approach, with a focus on engagement, reach, and community growth.
