ما به دنبال یک مدیر تولید و با انگیزه تولید و برنامه ریزی انبار برای نظارت بر برنامه ریزی تولید و عملیات انبار هستیم. این نقش وظیفه اطمینان از برنامه ریزی تولید کارآمد ، مدیریت مناسب موجودی و هماهنگی صاف بین کارکردهای تولید و زنجیره تأمین را بر عهده دارد. فضای ذخیره سازی ، و عملیات انبار کنترل.
هماهنگی نزدیک با زنجیره تأمین ، تهیه ، تضمین کیفیت و بخش های فروش. لیسانس یا کارشناسی ارشد مهندسی صنایع ، مدیریت صنعتی ، داروخانه یا زمینه های مرتبط. مهارت های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی های همکاری متقابل عملکردی.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production & Warehouse Planning Manager to oversee production planning and warehouse operations. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient production scheduling, proper inventory management, and smooth coordination between production and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement short- and mid-term production plans aligned with demand forecasts and capacity.
Monitor production execution and report on deviations and performance indicators.
Manage warehouse planning, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory.
Ensure accurate stock levels, optimize storage space, and control warehouse operations.
Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Sales departments.
Analyze production and inventory data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, HSE, and other pharmaceutical industry standards.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in production planning and warehouse management (preferably in pharmaceuticals or similar industries).


Skills:
Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and warehouse management principles.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
