طراح UI / UX | UI/UX Designer

شما در این نقش مسئولیت طراحی سیستم‌های مقیاس‌پذیر و رابط‌های کاربری برای وب‌سایت‌ها و اپلیکیشن‌های متنوع را بر عهده خواهید داشت. ما به دنبال فردی هستیم که بتواند در مستندسازی، تعامل با تیم فنی و پر کردن خلاء های اجرایی پروژه، خوب عمل کند.

مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف کلیدی
این بخش شامل کارهایی است که باید به صورت روزمره و مستقل انجام دهید:
● طراحی سیستم و معماری:
○ طراحی و توسعه Design Systemهای مقیاس‌پذیر با رویکرد Atomic Design.
○ پیاده‌سازی اصول طراحی ماژولار برای استفاده مجدد و تسریع فرآیند طراحی.
○ ایجاد و مدیریت Design Tokens برای هماهنگی بهتر با تیم توسعه.
● طراحی تجربه کاربری (UX):
○ طراحی و مستندسازی کامل User Flow و Flowchart برای سناریوهای مختلف (ساده و پیچیده).
○ شناسایی نقاط درد کاربر و ارائه راه‌حل‌های خلاقانه.
● طراحی رابط کاربری (UI):
○ طراحی اپلیکیشن‌ها و وب‌سایت‌های متفاوت در حوزه‌های کسب‌وکاری متنوع.
○ رعایت کامل اصول طراحی ریسپانسیو (Responsive Design) برای نمایش صحیح در تمامی دستگاه‌ها.
● مستندسازی و تعامل با تیم فنی:
○ مستندسازی دقیق طرح‌ها (Handoff) برای انتقال شفاف و بدون ابهام نیازمندی‌ها به برنامه‌نویسان.
○ پر کردن شکاف ارتباطی بین طراحی و کدنویسی (نظارت بر پیاده‌سازی صحیح طرح).

مهارت‌های تخصصی و فنی
● تسلط کامل بر نرم‌افزار Figma (شامل Auto Layout، Components و Variants).
● تسلط بر مفاهیم Atomic Design، Tokenization و طراحی مبتنی بر سیستم (System-based Design).
● توانایی طراحی برای پلتفرم‌های مختلف (Web, iOS, Android).
● مزیت رقابتی: آشنایی با HTML و CSS (برای درک بهتر محدودیت‌ها و امکانات فنی).

In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable systems and user interfaces for various websites and applications. We are looking for someone who can do well in documentation, interacting with the technical team and filling project implementation gaps.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
This section includes the tasks you must do on a daily and independent basis:
● System and Architecture Design:
○ Design and develop scalable Design Systems with the Atomic Design approach.
○ Implement modular design principles to reuse and accelerate the design process.
○ Create and manage Design Tokens for better coordination with the development team.
● User Experience Design (UX):
○ Design and full documentation of User Flow and Flowchart for different scenarios (simple and complex).
○ Identifying user pain points and providing creative solutions.
● User Interface Design (UI):
○ Designing different applications and websites in various business areas.
○ Full compliance with Responsive Design principles for correct display on all devices. Technical team:
○ Accurate documentation of designs (Handoff) for clear and unambiguous transfer of requirements to programmers.
○ Filling the communication gap between design and coding (monitoring the correct implementation of the design).

Specialized and technical skills
● Complete mastery of Figma software (including Auto Layout, Components and Variants).
● Mastery of Atomic Design, Tokenization and System-based Design concepts.
● Ability to design for platforms Various (Web, iOS, Android).
● Competitive advantage: familiarity with HTML and CSS (to better understand the limitations and technical possibilities).
