Trade Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing and sales execution, eager to learn, and ready to gain hands-on experience in the retail environment.

 
Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of in-store marketing activities and trade promotions
• Assist with planogram checks, product placement, and stock availability
• Coordinate the installation and follow-up of POSM materials (stands, shelf talkers, wobblers, etc.)
• Collect and analyze sales and market data (sell-in / sell-out)
• Monitor competitor visibility and activities in stores
• Document field executions through photos and reports
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, merchandisers, and marketing department

 
Requirements

• Interest in trade marketing, sales, and FMCG industries
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Basic knowledge of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and formulas are a plus)
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
• Ability to conduct field visits and work in-store environments
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and adaptability
