شرح شغل:

• پشتیبانی فنی از افرادی که از شبکه استفاده می‌کنند.
• آموزش کارکنان در مورد نحوه استفاده از برنامه‌ها و دستگاه‌های جدید.
• نظارت بر استفاده از شبکه.
• پیشنهاد راه‌حل‌های کارآمد برای رفع مشکلات.
• عیب‌یابی در همه برنامه‌ها در صورت لزوم.
• مدیریت کلیه منابع فنی شبکه و در صورت لزوم تعمیر خرابی سخت‌افزار.

شرایط احراز:

• مهارت‌های لازم برای تصدی فرصت شغلی پشتیبانی سیستم.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم سیسکو.
• آشنا با تجهیزات میکروتیک.
• آشنا با سرویس‌های مایکروسافت.
• آشنا با نصب و راه‌اندازی پرینتر و تجهیزات تحت شبکه.
• آشنا با تلفن‌های تحت شبکه (VoIP).
• آشنا با مفاهیم مجازی‌سازی و سیتریکس.

Job Description:



Technical support for people using the network

Education of employees on how to use new programs and devices.

Monitoring network usage

Proposing efficient solutions to solve problems

Troubleshooting all programs if necessary

Managing all technical resources network and, if necessary, repair hardware failure

Skills necessary to hold a system support job opportunity

Familiar with Cisco concepts

Familiar with Mikrotik equipment

familiar with Microsoft services

familiar with the installation and operation of printers and network equipment
