We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in Python and FastAPI to strengthen our team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer
- Strong proficiency in Python and proven experience with FastAPI in production environments
- Solid hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL
- Strong background in API design
- Familiarity with Redis for caching, task queues, or async operations
- Experience designing, scaling, and debugging Modular Systems
- Experience using Celery for background and periodic tasks
- Strong understanding of Observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and testing best practices
Expected Skills:
- Ability to ensure observability and high-quality testing in all deliverables
- Strong in prioritization, managing dependencies, and dealing with ambiguity
- Result-driven with a focus on delivering shippable impact and value regarding defined deadlines
Nice to have:
- Experience with Kafka
- Exposure to system architectures and system design
- Prior involvement in product-driven development
- Familiarity with BPMN softwares
