کارشناس کنترل کانتینر | EQC Expert

شرکت توسعه تجارت روبینا به دنبال یک کارشناس کنترل کانتینر است که به موارد زیر مسلط باشد :
- بررسی روزانه کانتینرهای ورودی و خروجی و ثبت اطلاعات در سامانه OTMS و سایر سیستم‌های نمایندگی
- مغایرت‌گیری اطلاعات بین سیستم‌ها و تهیه گزارش روزانه موجودی کانتینر برای دپارتمان فروش و خطوط کشتیرانی
- بررسی مدارک و هزینه‌های تعمیر کانتینرهای خسارتی و پیگیری تاییدیه‌های لازم از خطوط و دپوها
- صدور صورتحساب خسارت و ارسال به واحد حسابداری خط
- هماهنگی با دپوها جهت تعمیر، آزادسازی و جابجایی کانتینرها
- تعریف و ثبت روزانه اطلاعات کانتینرهای جدید در سامانه
- پیگیری برگشت کانتینر از مشتریان و پاسخگویی به تماس‌ها و ایمیل‌های مرتبط

Rubina Trade Development Company is looking for a container control expert who is proficient in the following:
-Daily inspection of incoming and outgoing containers and registration of information in the OTMS system and other agent systems
-Discrepancy of information between systems and preparation of daily container inventory reports for the sales department and shipping lines
-Checking documents and repair costs of damaged containers and following up on necessary approvals from lines and Depots
-Issuing damage invoices and sending to the line accounting unit
-Coordinating with depots to repair, release and move containers
-Defining and recording new container information daily in the system
-Tracking the return of containers from customers and responding to related calls and emails
