We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior ECRM Specialist.

Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SMS and Push notification marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, including promotional messages, lifecycle messages, and transactional messages.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize creatives, subjects, and content to improve performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling content and visuals.
Platform Management: Oversee the automation platform, ensuring its optimal performance, and integration with other marketing tech stack components.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest marketing automation best practices, technologies, and trends.

Requirements:
2 years of experience in marketing automation or ECRM roles.
Proficient in marketing automation platforms such as web-engage, customer.io, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
