Operations Business Data Analyst

Mirana, as a subsidiary of the JobVision group, operates in the field of "headhunting" services. The job advertisements from Mirana relate to various organizations that are part of Mirana's clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, systems, and workflows.
• Develop and execute queries to extract and analyze data from various sources.
• Utilize Google Sheets to create advanced data models and dashboards for reporting purposes.
• Work with MetaBase to visualize data insights and support decision-making.
• Perform basic SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data as needed.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports produced.
• Take ownership of projects, driving initiatives to completion while maintaining high performance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the FinTech, or E-Commerce sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data manipulation techniques.
• Familiarity with MetaBase or similar data visualization tools.
• Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases and retrieving information.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Strong understanding of Business Process Management Systems (BPMS).
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating high performance and ownership.
