Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, systems, and workflows.
- Develop and execute queries to extract and analyze data from various sources.
- Utilize Google Sheets to create advanced data models and dashboards for reporting purposes.
- Work with MetaBase to visualize data insights and support decision-making.
- Perform basic SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data as needed.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports produced.
- Take ownership of projects, driving initiatives to completion while maintaining high performance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the FinTech, or E-Commerce sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data manipulation techniques.
- Familiarity with MetaBase or similar data visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases and retrieving information.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Strong understanding of Business Process Management Systems (BPMS).
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating high performance and ownership.
