- Responsibilities:
- ● Develop and maintain the front-end panel used by physicians and clinical staff, translating complex clinical workflows into intuitive UI components.
- ● Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI/ML teams to define and implement features supporting physician workflows.
- ● Build reusable, high-quality React components, state-management architectures, and libraries that support future scalability.
- ● Integrate the front end with RESTful APIs and real-time data streams. Ensure responsiveness, cross-browser/device compatibility, performance optimization, and WCAG-compliant accessibility.
- ● Contribute to the front-end roadmap by recommending UI/UX improvements, adopting modern React/JavaScript best practices, and maintaining documentation.
- ● Work in a regulated healthcare environment, aligning UI development with data security, privacy, and clinical usability.
- Requirements:
- ● Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern front-end tooling, including practical experience with Tailwind CSS.
- ● Experience using React.
- ● Comfortable with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and data-fetching tools (e.g., TanStack Query).
- ● Familiar with form and validation libraries (e.g., Zod, React Hook Form).
- ● Ability to work with bilingual UIs (RTL/LTR), healthcare-sensitive data, and convert clinical workflows into usable interfaces.
- ● Comfortable using Git and common Git workflows.
- Nice to Have:
- ● Experience with full-stack development (Node.js, microservices).
- ● Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
- ● Experience building real-time dashboards or healthcare-related UI systems.
