We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to research, analyze, and optimize user interactions across our digital products. In this role, you will work closely with product and development teams to create seamless and user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and data analysis to improve UX.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance usability.
- Develop user personas and customer journey maps.
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to design systems.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.
- Optimize UI/UX based on user feedback and analytics
- Document findings and share UX insights with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of UX design principles and interaction design.
- Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Etc.
- Understanding of information architecture and data-driven design.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar or Google Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with accessibility design and UX writing.
- Background in Agile product development.
- Portfolio showcasing UX research and UI design.
