Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience of our platform, ensuring our customers have a smooth and intuitive journey. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless interfaces for our mobile and web platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to design and improve user interfaces for our currency conversion and money transfer products.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate user needs into intuitive design solutions.
- Design user flows, interaction patterns, and user interfaces that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.
- Test design prototypes with users and stakeholders, gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback to ensure the final product meets customer needs.
- Ensure design consistency and establish design systems to improve design efficiency.
- Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate on our design solutions.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience as a product designer, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your experience in designing for both mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies, testing processes, and iterative design.
- Understanding of front-end development to communicate design requirements effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.
