کارشناس کنترل پروژه | Project Controls Specialist

مسئولیت‌ها:
• برنامه‌ریزی، زمان‌بندی و کنترل پروژه‌های توسعه محصول جدید (NPD) و بهبود محصولات موجود.
• ایجاد، به‌روزرسانی و پایش گانت چارت‌های پروژه با استفاده از Microsoft Project یا ابزارهای مشابه.
• تعریف Milestoneها، مسیر بحرانی (Critical Path) و برنامه زمان‌بندی کلان پروژه‌های R&D.
• هماهنگی مستمر با واحدهای فرمولاسیون، آزمایشگاه، طراحی بسته‌بندی، تأمین مواد اولیه، کنترل کیفیت، تولید و بازاریابی جهت جمع‌آوری وضعیت پیشرفت هر تسک.
• سازمان‌دهی جلسات پروژه و تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های هفتگی و ماهانه پیشرفت پروژه.
• رصد تأخیرات، و پیشنهاد اقدام اصلاحی جهت جلوگیری از عقب‌ماندگی پروژه‌ها.
• اطمینان از ثبت کامل مستندات پروژه
• پایش وضعیت تأمین مواد اولیه جدید برای پروژه‌ها و پیگیری نمونه‌گیری و ارزیابی آن‌ها.
• ایجاد و به‌روزرسانی داشبوردهای کنترلی KPI شامل: زمان‌بندی، درصد پیشرفت، هزینه‌ها و ریسک‌ها.
• مدیریت تغییرات پروژه و بروزرسانی برنامه‌ها مطابق تغییرات فرمولاسیون یا بسته‌بندی.

مهارت‌های تخصصی:
• تسلط کامل بر ابزارهای کنترل پروژه:
• Microsoft Project (ضروری)
• Excel (پیشرفته: فرمول‌نویسی، Pivot، داشبوردسازی)
• آشنایی با چرخه توسعه محصول در صنعت شوینده و baby care
• توانایی تهیه گزارش‌های مدیریتی
• مهارت تحلیل ریسک پروژه‌ها و مدیریت تأخیرات.
• آشنایی با اصول مستندسازی

مهارت‌های نرم:
• نظم و دقت بسیار بالا
• توانایی مدیریت چند پروژه هم‌زمان
• مهارت ارتباطات بین‌واحدی
• روحیه پیگیری جدی و مسئولیت‌پذیری

تحصیلات و سابقه:
• کارشناسی یا ارشد رشته‌های مهندسی شیمی، مهندسی صنایع، شیمی، مدیریت صنعتی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل 2 تا 4 سال تجربه مرتبط.
• سابقه در صنایع شوینده، آرایشی-بهداشتی یا FMCG مزیت محسوب میشود.
• تجربه ایجاد داشبوردهای مدیریتی حرفه‌ای.

Responsibilities:
• Planning, scheduling and controlling new product development (NPD) projects and improvement of existing products.
• Create, update and monitor project Gantt charts using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Definition of Milestones, Critical Path and macro schedule of R&D projects.
• Continuous coordination with formulation, laboratory, packaging design, supply of raw materials, quality control, production and marketing units to collect progress status of each task.
• Organizing project meetings and preparing and presenting weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Monitor delays, and suggest corrective action to prevent project delays.
• Ensuring complete registration of project documentation
• Monitoring the supply status of new raw materials for projects and following up on their sampling and evaluation.
• Creating and updating KPI control dashboards including: timing, percentage of progress, costs and risks.
• Managing project changes and updating programs according to formulation or packaging changes.

Specialized skills:
• Complete mastery of project control tools:
• Microsoft Project (required)
• Excel (advanced: formula writing, Pivot, dashboard creation)
• Getting to know the product development cycle in the detergent and baby care industry
• Ability to prepare management reports
• Skill in project risk analysis and delay management.
• Getting to know the principles of documentation

Education and experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry, industrial management or related fields.
• At least 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in the detergent, cosmetic-sanitary or FMCG industries is an advantage.
• Experience in creating professional management dashboards.
