Product Designer

We are a growing company in the online insurance sales industry, looking to collaborate with a Product Designer on a project-based contract . If you are passionate about product design, user experience, and solving real user problems in a data-informed environment, we would be happy to work with you.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (or similar tools)
• Experience with the end-to-end product design process, from research to delivery
• Solid understanding of user flows, wireframes, and prototyping
• Ability to design with both business needs and technical constraints in mind
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with product and engineering teams

 Responsibilities:

• Analyze user and business requirements in the online insurance domain
• Design and improve user experiences across key product journeys
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure proper implementation
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights
• Document design decisions throughout the project lifecycle
