شرایط احراز:

تحصیلات حداقل کارشناسی مدیریت بازرگانی، مهندسی صنایع
آشنایی با ماژول خرید و انبار راهکاران
توانایی تحلیل دادههای خرید برای تصمیمسازی مدیریتی
شرح وظایف:
تدوین و اجرای استراتژیهای خرید و تامین همسو با استراتژی کلان سازمان
تحلیل بازار تامینکنندگان، نوسانات قیمت و ریسکهای زنجیره تامین
مشارکت در برنامهریزی تولید و پیشبینی نیازهای مواد و خدمات
شناسایی، ارزیابی، انتخاب و توسعه تامینکنندگان واجد صلاحیت
پایش و ارزیابی عملکرد تامینکنندگان بر اساس شاخصهای کیفیت، قیمت، تحویل و ریسک
ایجاد و حفظ روابط بلندمدت و حرفهای با تامینکنندگان کلیدی
اطمینان از انطباق خریدها با بودجه مصوب، سیاستهای مالی و کنترل داخلی
تضمین رعایت الزامات قانونی، بهداشتی و استانداردهای صنعت غذا
پیشگیری از تضاد منافع، تخلفات و ریسکهای اخلاقی در خرید
هدایت، ارزیابی و توسعه شغلی کارشناسان و سرپرستان خرید و تامین
اهداف عملکردی (KPI) و پایش مستمر نتایج تیم
ارتقای دانش تخصصی تیم در حوزه تعیین مذاکره، قراردادها و تحلیل هزینه
ایجاد فرهنگ پاسخگویی، نظم و بهبود مستمر
تحلیل دادههای خرید، هزینهها، موجودی و عملکرد تامینکنندگان
ارائه گزارشهای مدیریتی دورهای به مدیریت ارشد
شناسایی فرصتهای کاهش هزینه، بهبود کیفیت و افزایش بهرهوری
مشارکت در پروژههای بهبود فرآیند و تعالی سازمانی
تعامل موثر با واحدهای تولید، برنامهریزی، مالی، کیفیت و انبار
