Job Description:
- Integration and commissioning of Ericsson RAN and Core equipment (BTS, NodeB, eNB, gNB, RNC, BSC, MME, etc.).
- Technical support of on-site teams for installation and commissioning of GSM/UMTS/LTE networks.
- Troubleshooting and alarm handling via Ericsson OSS/ENM.
- Support in software upgrades, patches, and feature activation.
- Provide reports to the optimization team and support for raised requests.
- Direct communication with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Solid knowledge of mobile communication principles and RAN elements (BTS, NodeB, eNB).
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson OSS/ENM and MML command execution.
- Basic knowledge of Core functions (SGSN, GGSN, MME) is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Ericsson multi-technology site integration.
