We are a dynamic and rapidly growing tech company at the forefront of the VOD streaming industry and looking for an experienced “Senior Back-end Developer” to join our organization to work together on our VOD product.
In this position, you will be an integral part of our development team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the robust backend infrastructure that supports our cutting-edge VOD streaming platform. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and contribute to the development of a platform that reaches millions of users.

Qualifications:
- Experience in the streaming media or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions for our VOD streaming platform.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimizing and improving the performance of existing backend systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Identifying and addressing technical debt and other development inefficiencies.
- Implementing best practices for security, data protection, and privacy in the development process.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in Python development.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Nginx, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing and deploying large-scale, high-traffic applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
