As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle end to end, including:
Deep discovery into the artifacts/jewelry market and user behavior
Opportunity analysis
Feature design and prioritization
Leading design, engineering, and operations teams to build and scale the product

Conduct field research and in-depth interviews with users, sellers, goldsmiths, and industry stakeholders to deeply understand the market.
Analyze trends in the gold and jewelry market, consumer preferences, and competitive opportunities.
Identify real customer needs and define core problems before proposing solutions.
Rapidly validate assumptions through lightweight testing, MVPs, and iterative experiments.
Define and own product strategy aligned with Lemira’s business goals.
Set product OKRs and continuously track and evaluate performance.
Design and prioritize the product backlog using a data-driven, value-oriented approach.
Build a clear, defensible roadmap for both the team and leadership.
Work closely with the engineering team to clearly define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with the design team to standardize UX/UI tailored to the jewelry market.
Manage feature launches, release planning, and continuous post-launch improvement.
Partner with operations and sales teams to establish scalable and sustainable processes.
Coordinate with marketing on launch-related campaigns and sales funnel optimization.
Engage with suppliers and manufacturers to align product and operational requirements.
Create transparency and alignment across teams, driving the entire organization around the product roadmap.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce or marketplaces.
Strong capabilities in product discovery, user research, customer development, or similar roles.
Proven experience building products from zero to one.
Solid understanding of the gold and jewelry ecosystem (workshops, retailers, market tastes, supply chain) or a strong ability and passion to learn it quickly.
Excellent data-driven decision-making skills with a strong analytical mindset; experience working with KPIs and user behavior data.
Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and detailed product documentation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align teams in environments with changing priorities.
Outcome-oriented, accountable, and capable of making difficult decisions.
Experience in the gold, jewelry, or luxury goods market.
Experience launching two-sided marketplaces (supply & demand).
Familiarity with jewelry manufacturing processes, pricing models, and logistics challenges.
Experience with CRO, funnel optimization, or designing purchasing experiences for high-ticket products.
